- Jerky: Made with beef and sea salt only. No sugar, no preservatives, no fillers — just real meat, prepared with care.
- Pemmican: Made from dried beef, rendered beef fat and sea salt. Some varieties may also include natural additions such as honey, spices, freeze-dried raspberry or coconut, always clearly stated on the label.

How Our Products Are Made
Jerky: Our beef jerky is made using quality grass-fed beef, sea salt and patience. Each cut is carefully sliced, prepared and dried slowly to preserve its natural character, depth of flavour and texture.
Pemmican: Pemmican is a traditional food made by drying lean meat and blending it with rendered fat. We combine dried beef with tallow and optional natural ingredients to create a dense, energy-rich bar inspired by traditional methods.
Everything is produced in small batches with attention to quality and consistency.

Why Does Jerky Sometimes Vary?
Beef is a natural product. Differences in colour, texture, fat content and saltiness can occur between batches.
You may occasionally notice small, firmer pieces within the jerky. These come from natural connective tissue in the meat and are completely normal. We make sure that each pack meets or exceeds its stated weight.
